HOW TO FIX CANADA
There are certain steps that usually occur in all separations. The handwriting is usually on the wall for a long time before the separation occurs. The dissatisfaction is loud and clear or muted but always present. Sometimes the separation may be delayed with wads of money and allowances to the dissatisfied parties. The Communications Security Establishment (CSE)
(CSE) is Canada's national Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) organization. SIGINT, as defined by the Canadian government, is "all processes involved in, and information and technical material derived from, the interception and study of foreign communications and non-communications electromagnetic emissions."[1] Subcategories include intelligence derived from communications, also known as Communications Intelligence (COMINT), intelligence derived from non-communications emissions such as radar, also known as Electronics Intelligence (ELINT), and intelligence derived from the telemetry transmissions of missiles or other equipment undergoing testing, also known as Telemetry Intelligence (TELINT). Note that SIGINT is restricted to foreign emissions under the Canadian government definition.

ECHELON - secret surveillance system

ECHELON connects all these computers and allows the individual stations to function as distributed elements an integrated system. An ECHELON station's Dictionary contains not only its parent agency's chosen keywords, but also lists for each of the other four agencies in the UKUSA system [NSA, GCHQ, DSD, GCSB and CSE]

Who is Reading Your E-Mail?
A few years ago, an ordinary Canadian woman received an extraordinary visitor -- a government investigator with a shady mission. He had come to question her about a recent telephone call. Apparently, Canada's Communication Security Establishment (CSE), working covertly with Echelon, the secret surveillance system established by a partnership between the USA, Great Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand,[2] had picked up several trigger words during her conversation with a friend. Many articles have been written about HAARP. MKULTRA
MKULTRA (also known as MK-ULTRA) was the code name for a CIA mind control research program lasting from the 1950s through the 1970s. COINTELPRO
COINTELPRO is an acronym for the FBI's domestic "counterintelligence programs" to neutralize political dissidents. Although covert operations have been employed throughout FBI history, the formal COINTELPRO's of 1956-1971 were broadly targeted against radical political organizations. The origins of COINTELPRO were rooted in the Bureau's operations against hostile foreign intelligence services. Counterintelligence, of course, goes beyond investigation; it refers to actions taken to neutralize enemy agents.

Multi-stalker cases seem so unusual to the average citizen that they are not treated by law enforcement and other social service agencies as "bona fide stalking." Sometimes, victims who complain about multi-stalker crimes are deemed mentally ill. This is a natural misconception - there are people who falsely believe "everyone is out to get them".

We propose the creation of an Independent International Truth Commission on the events of September 11, 2001 to hear evidence from witnesses and experts, deliberate on this material, and issue findings to the broadest possible spectrum of world public opinion. Our approximate model would be the Bertrand Russell War Crimes Tribunal held in Sweden and Denmark in 1967
